Selections from the 3rd international 1261 Film Festival to be re-screened.

Thirty-four movies from our 2021 festival short's program, will rescreen during our special retrospective event.

ST.GEROGE, GRENADA, November, 17, 2021 - The international 1261 Film Festival will hold a special retrospective event from November 18 to 20 to screen a selection of films that drew massive attention during the 3rd annual 1261 Film Festival, Virtual Edition held from Nov 3-7, 2021.

Thirty-four movies from our short's program screened during this year's film fest will be presented. Beginning November 18 and running through November 20, these innovative and provocative films will be screened ONLINE ONLY at the 1261 Cinema Village.

Over the next three days, there will be three screenings each evening from 7PM (AST) and one matinee on Saturday, featuring our animation short block. If you had tickets to the previous show, they would be honored for this screening.

1261 Film Festival is a filmmaker's festival. We love our audience, but we do this to support, promote, and empower our talented storytellers' creative expressions and work. According to Meschida Philip, executive director of the 1261 Film Festival, "our team decided to host this retrospective event to rescreen our short programs - animations, narratives, and documentaries-, including some movies impacted by the technical challenges during this year's online festival. "
