Clovis Lowe is an educator, photographer, videographer and designer Clovis Lowe, started his creative journey in photography, moved into broadcast video and ventured into education only to then realise his passion was to teach creative digital videography and photography to disadvantaged Global majority young people, via OxygenArts, a non profit organisation created with his wife Marsha.
